What To Expect On Visits 1 & 2:

DAY-1: We’ll Take Measurements

First you’ll sit down privately with me and talk about the trouble you're having. We’ll rule out other possible causes, and discuss your treatment goals.

If I feel that chiropractic care is an appropriate intervention, we'll perform a painless examination looking for signs of spinal misalignment, muscle imbalance, and functional deficits.

If these signs are present, we'll arrange digital X-rays to be taken at your convenience to help calculate a specific adjustment tailor-made for your unique body.

DAY-2: We’ll Gently Adjust You

After I've analyzed your X-ray results, we'll go over the radiologist's report together, and discuss what can/cannot be improved.

When it's time to adjust you, you'll rest comfortably on your side, and feel a very gentle pressure behind your ear. There's never any twisting or neck popping. This is followed by 10-30 minutes of rest in a comfortable zen-like resting space.

Afterwards, we'll use thermal imaging technology to determine how much change was made. Patients may feel relief after the very first adjustment, while others notice changes later in their care.

AFTER: Stabilization and Healing

After you've received an adjustment, we'll monitor your healing process as the spine begins to make positive changes. As spinal stability improves, tissue repair occurs and your spine will become more resilient.

I'll also incorporate mobility training to help your adjustments hold longer. With this approach, you won’t need frequent visits. In fact, 77.8% of my established patients are able to hold their spinal corrections for 2-6 months.
