Direct-Access Healthcare is More Important Now Than Ever
17 years of running this chiropractic office has taught me a lot about business.
Any store I visit, or service I pay for, is viewed through the lens of both a customer and a business owner. I can immediately identify wasteful spending, poorly trained employees, miscommunication, and operational inefficiency. It has become part of my DNA as a person, driving me to continuously improve my own business practices.
When you visit this office, you’ll experience the culmination of nearly two decades of this process. And you’ll quickly realize that Chiropractic Saint Louis is different.
Here’s how…
A receptionist with a friendly smile is nice, but in my office, I view it as a barrier between doctor and patient. I’d rather give you direct access to me.
Assistants are wonderful and enable doctors to help more people. I’d still rather give you direct access to me.
Ever had a doctor’s office tell you to arrive 30-minutes early just so you can fill out paperwork? I’ve streamlined the information needed and have distilled it down into one short online form. I respect your time as much as my own.
When you schedule an appointment for 1pm, you’ll be seen at 1pm. No one likes waiting. Not me. Not you. And not the patients scheduled after you. Again, I respect your time.
I used to work in a 5,000 sq ft chiropractic office with an enormous private parking lot. It was expensive to build, costly to maintain, and required us to see 30 patients per hour just to keep the lights on. That’s 2-minutes spent with each patient.
Back then, I could barely remember anyone’s name, let alone a single thing about them or what they were seeking help for… Today, thanks to a smaller and more efficient office space, I’m able to take the time getting to know each and every one of my patients individually. Their line of work, hobbies, habits, what motivates them to feel better, activities that make them feel worse, and even the names of their pets. By working in a more modest office environment, I’m able to keep the cost of my services affordable, and build meaningful relationships with my patients one at a time.
It’s hard to find time away from work. Not everyone has a flexible schedule. That’s why I offer daytime and evening appointments, as late as 8pm, to make receiving care at Chiropractic STL convenient.
